The current contact form prepares an email through the visitor’s email client. The website does not store that submission in its own database. Messages sent through email or WhatsApp are handled by those services and by Pixelbah for enquiry follow-up.
Technical Information
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard request data needed to deliver and protect the website. The site uses Google Analytics 4 for page and interaction measurement and Microsoft Clarity for session-level usability insights. Analytics event payloads are configured to exclude query parameters, contact messages, form values, email addresses and phone or WhatsApp numbers.
Use and Retention
Information is used to respond to enquiries, plan requested work, maintain records reasonably required for business or legal purposes and protect services. Retention depends on the relationship and applicable obligations.
Sharing and Security
Pixelbah does not publish personal enquiry information. Information may be shared with approved providers when necessary to deliver a requested service or comply with law. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
