Planning
Define the business goal, users, stakeholders, required outcomes, constraints, responsibilities and suitable next step.
Research
Review existing materials, audience questions, comparable experiences, technical dependencies and search intent where relevant. Research informs decisions; it does not justify fabricated claims.
Design
Organise information, user journeys, responsive layouts, accessible interaction and the approved visual identity. Review points are agreed before development expands.
Development
Build the approved interface, content model, integrations and technical foundation using technology suitable for the scope.
Testing
Check content, links, forms, keyboard access, responsive behaviour, metadata, performance considerations and supported browsers.
Launch
Complete content approval, production configuration, indexability, redirects where required, access handover and launch checks.
Support
Provide the support or maintenance included in the agreement. New features, third-party fees and work outside scope are discussed separately.
