No Automatic Engagement
Submitting an enquiry does not create a project agreement. Scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, intellectual property and support are defined in a separate accepted proposal or contract.

Pixelbah aims to keep published information accurate but may update services, policies and content. Availability of the website or third-party links is not guaranteed at all times.
Intellectual Property
Pixelbah branding and original site content may not be copied or represented as another party’s work without permission. Client project ownership is governed by the applicable project agreement.
