Purpose
Maintenance helps keep an agreed website functional, current and supportable after launch. Coverage is defined by the selected agreement.
Possible Coverage
Coverage may include dependency or software updates, backups where applicable, monitoring, security review, content assistance and technical support.
- Update and compatibility review
- Backup checks where included
- Issue triage
- Approved content changes
- Monitoring defined in the agreement
Exclusions
Major redesigns, new systems, unapproved third-party fees, compromised external accounts and work outside the agreed platform are not automatically included.
Client Responsibilities
Clients should maintain account access, renew domains and services assigned to them, provide accurate content, approve work promptly and report issues with useful detail.
Changes
Maintenance scope, response arrangements and fees may be revised through a written agreement as the website changes.
